acquisition for Andrews, Hooper & Pavlik, PC. Stockwell renovated
and leased the facility while providing preventative maintenance. The
property has been 100% leased since acquistion in 1998.

Stockwell Property Management coordinated the design construction of
this fully leased shopping center and provided a build-to-suit for
Kinkos, the anchor tenant. 100% occupancy has been maintained since
built in 1996.

Williamston, Michigan. Built in 1995, the shopping center lost its
anchor tenant Mammoth Video after a seven year occupancy due to the
tenant’s desire to own their own building. Stockwell re-leased the
space within two months to another major video store. Phase II
