| On October 16th 2003, Stockwell
Development was presented the revitalization award by Mayor Tony
Benavides for its efforts in Revitalizing Lansing downtown properties.
Since the award, Stockwell Development has renovated six downtown
buildings consisting of 17 new loft apartments, YMCA Fitness Center,
Skyline Chili, Downtown Wireless and Empire Szechwan. |
